Glove It Giraffe Tennis Backpack Bag

The Glove It tennis backpack contains two main zipper compartments.  First zipper compartment holds two tennis rackets and the second zipper compartment holds all other tennis accessories incuding a ball pocket.
 
The tennis backpack can be worn as a backpack with two straps or can be zipped together as one strap and worn as a sling over one shoulder.

The tennis bag also contains a hidden metal fence hook and has an ID window on back of bag.

    Well I spoke out of frustration and did not give this company adequate time to correct the problem with the bag. I was finally able to contact to company by email and received a very prompt and kind reply. They are replacing the bag and I so appreciate that!!
