Orders / Shipping:

Items are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Shipping upon request for an additional fee. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours unless shipped from another location. FedEx and UPS ar also offered.  Shipping rates will vary. 

If an item is Back Ordered customer will be notified of expected ship date.

Please allow 5-7 business days for all orders with Personalization (Embroidery/Monogram).

Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.

If item is not in stock, item will be drop shipped directly from factory.

Returns Policy 

If you purchase an item that for any reason does not meet your complete satisfaction, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt, as long as the merchandise is unused and returned in saleable condition. After 30 days, products deemed defective are covered soley by the manufacturer's warranty.  Any items returned after 60 days from date of purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Note: There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns (not for exchanges)

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from Slam Glam on all returns and exchanges.  Upon an exchange additional shipping charges will be issued to your credit card to ship the new item unless the item was sent in our error.  We will notify of you of the additional charges upon processing your order.  Slam Glam must receive the return before the exchange will be processed and or shipped. 

** Items returned from orders that qualified for free shipping, whether you are returning part or the whole order, will be charged a $5.75 shipping and handling fee.

Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks after we receive your return to be processed.

All Sale, Custom and Monogrammed items are FINAL and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

** Any item received as a gift may be returned for an exchange or a store credit only.

Returned items must contain original packaging, tags, and must be in new condition. Please fill out the enclosed form to obtain a RMA# for your convenience.
