Orders / Shipping:
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. We assure you your item will be delivered in 3-4 days. Smaller orders (less than 1lb) are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. FedEx and UPS are also offered. Shipping rates will vary. Expedited shipping is offered at the customers request. Ship fee is covered by customer for all expedited orders.
- All Expedited Orders, especially during the Holiday Season, are covered by customer. We will tell you the charge before your order ships. Rates are determined by the carrier.
- Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours. If we do not have the item in our warehouse it will be Drop Shipped via our supplier and the order could require additional processing time
To offer you a larger selection of styles, Slam Glam partners with top designers to ship the newest styles directly to your door from their warehouse. Some of our suppliers require additional processing time. If item is needed by a specific date, please indicate in the comment box at check out.
International orders will always ship directly from Slam Glam, therefore, an additional 7 day processioning time will be required.
Drop Ship Returns
All returns, regardless of who shipped the item should be returned to Slam Glam. Items returned directly to our manufacturers will be issued as Store Credits only.
- If an item is back ordered, customer will be notified of expected ship date. We will hold the order and ship as soon as the product becomes available.
- Please allow 2 weeks for all orders with personalization (Embroidery/Monogram).
- Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.
- Please note that discounted offers and special promotional offers cannot be combined.
- A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. This allows our customers to guarantee immediate delivery on said item as soon as it becomes available for shipping. Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. You will be notified of expected ship date. If you do not want to pay in advance for a Pre Order, than please register for said item on our "Wish List." We will notify you when item is available, but please remember this is a first come first serve basis and supplies are limited.
- Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US, PO Boxes, Rural Route addresses, or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates will vary depending on location, size and weight of package. Customer will be contacted via email within 24 hours with shipping quotes and rates.
- International customers will be required by their country for any additional customs handling fees, duties and or taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Slam Glam merchandise and shipping charges. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
- Orders shipping in boxes with larger dimensions will incur additional charges.* All packages that weigh over 4lbs or exceed 36" L+W+H must be shipped Priority Mail for all Carriers. Customers will be contacted via email regarding these rates.
- Shipping via USPS Priority provides minimal tracking information and normally delivers within 7 days to 2 weeks.
- Any shipping promotions offered by Slam Glam DO NOT apply to shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states.
- If you purchase an item that for any reason does not meet your complete satisfaction, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 20 days of receipt, as long as the merchandise is unused and returned in saleable condition. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. After 30 days, products deemed defective are covered soley by the manufacturer's warranty. Any items returned after 60 days from date of purchase will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
- Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from Slam Glam on all returns.
- Upon an exchange, additional shipping charges will be issued to your credit card to ship the new item unless the item was sent in our error. We will notify of you of the additional charges upon processing your order. Slam Glam must receive the return before the exchange will be processed and or shipped.
- 'HOLIDAY 2017' All items purchased as "GIFTS" are returnable for "EXCHANGE" or "STORE CREDIT" only. No refunds will be applicable on holiday orders placed between 11.23 and 12.25. Last day to return all Holiday Gifts is January 10th.
- All "Gifted" Items are for Exchange or Store Credit only.
Items returned from orders that qualified for free shipping, whether you are returning part or the whole order, will be credited less our cost of shipping the order to you. (This is usually between $5-$8 but may vary based on the size of your order.)
Please note that refunds may take up to two weeks after we receive your return to be processed.
**Ship costs incurred by Slam Glam on all Golf Bag Orders will be deducted from buyers refund**
All Final Sale (CLEARANCE), Custom and Monogrammed items including Jewelry are FINAL and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
When a product is returned for which MPC points were earned and your money is refunded, those points earned on that purchase are thereby forfeited and deducted from your account.
If a free item is given as part of a promotion or special offer with the purchase of an item, that free item must be returned along with the purchased item in the event of a return. If the free item is not included with the returned item, the full retail value of that free item will be withheld when the refund for the purchased product is issued.
- Returned items must contain original packaging, tags, and must be in new condition. If items are not returned with their original packaging a re-stock fee of 15% will occur. Please contact us to inform us that you are making a return so that we can note your account. All returns are shipped to:
